22/hour, eligible for an increase to $38.
85/hour after 120-day probationary period with completion of multi-craft training or demonstrated multi-craft skills.

nn What You Will Do In Your Rolennn Collecting and analyzing vibration, ultrasound and thermographic information on fans, blowers, electrical motors, gearboxes, compressors, and conveyorsn Performing precision maintenance activities to improve equipment performancen Accurately and effectively generating, distributing, and maintaining maintenance records and reports in support of manufacturer and company requirements while working safely in a team-oriented environment with mill and contract employeesn Assisting with other maintenance crafts as needed to support major equipment outages or daily work as assignedn Flowing to work to maximize value creationn Maintain ongoing skills enhancement such as staying current with emerging technology, certifications, and expanding knowledge base with ongoing educationn nnThe Experience You Will BringnnnRequirements:
nnn Cat II Certification OR Cat I with 18 month timeframe to qualify for Cat IIn Three (3) or more years of experience as a journey-level craftsperson OR successfully completed an apprentice program and be able to provide documentation of completionn Experience training/mentoring other craft employees within their own subject matter expertisen Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlookn nnWhat Will Put You Aheadnnn Experience with SKF @ptitude softwaren Experience with Field Balancing rotating equipmentn Experience with Nondestructive Testing (NDT), such as Ultrasonic Thickness Testing (UT), Dye Penetrant Testing, and Magnetic Particle Inspectionn Experience in Lubrication, Equipment Strategies, Reliability Center Maintenance (RCM), and/or Precision Maintenancen Experience with Laser Precision Alignment toolsn nnThis position is not budgeted for relocation assistance.
